Son101 Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

01 General Terms

By using the son101 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using son101.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between son101 and its users. son101 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Your account information must be kept accurate and up to date.
• son101 reserves the right to limit or discontinue its services at any time and for any reason.

02 Account & Registration

To register an account on son101, you must provide accurate personal information. Using a false name, address, or phone number is strictly prohibited. Any such account discovered will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

Your mobile number will be verified via OTP during registration. Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone. If you lose your password, contact son101 support for assistance.

• A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
• You may not share your account with or transfer it to anyone else.
• Multiple accounts accessed from the same device will be considered suspicious.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on son101 are fully secure. Transactions are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours.

Withdrawals will only be sent to an account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. son101 does not charge any withdrawal fees.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person. Any attempt to abuse or fraudulently obtain the bonus will result in account closure.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the turnover requirement.
• Multiple members of the same household are not eligible to claim the same bonus.
• Progressive jackpots cannot be played using bonus balance.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days.

05 Betting & Game Rules

All bets on son101 are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. Please make sure of your decision before placing any bet. son101 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to erroneous odds or technical errors.

In Sports Betting, event outcomes are determined in accordance with international rules. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Casino games use an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system.

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been finalised.
• son101 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.
• Suspicious betting patterns related to match-fixing are monitored automatically.
• son101's decision is final in all disputes.

06 Responsible Gaming

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Abuse of the bonus system or collusion.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening an account or passing verification using false information.

08 Intellectual Property

Son101's logos, trademarks, software, designs, and all content are owned by or licensed to son101. Using these assets for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from son101 is strictly prohibited.

• son101's content may not be copied or republished without prior permission.
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the platform's software is strictly prohibited.
• Prior written permission is required before using the son101 name or logo.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Son101 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or security risks.

If your account is closed and you have a remaining balance without having violated any rules, that balance will be refunded. If the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. Users may also choose to close their own account at any time.

10 Limitation of Liability

Son101 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party failures. However, any bets or transactions affected by such issues will be resolved as fairly as possible.

Son101's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by the relevant user in the preceding 30 days.
